The Self Transitional and Identity Recovery Project (STAIR) held a Methamphetamine Symposium at the Aaniiih Nakoda College Thursday January 26,2017, Ft Belnap, Montana. Maxine Plainfeather student at Hays High School presented a dance that reflected her experience as a foster child where she was exposed to the drug culture. "Now when I go for walks I see used needles on the ground," she said.
