The benefit was held at the Havre High School Auditorium. Katelynn Montagino proved her talent by playing and singing a song that she wrote entitled "Opal Tree."

Walleye Unlimited Fresno Chapter held it's annual fishing education classes for middle schools Friday. 5th and 6th graders from schools in the area came to Fresno Reservoir to learn boat safety, about fishing equipment including electronics, fish identification then given the opportunity to ride in a boat on Fresno Reservoir. Walleye unlimited Chapter President Nate Molstad said that for some of these children this will be a first for them to be in a boat.
