Don Pyrah with the state of Montana is one of the men in charge of fighting the Left Fork Fire, he explained that with continued dry weather that the ignation factor is at 100 percent Tuesday. That if a tree would catch on fire and 100 embers came off the tree and landed in the dry grass all 100 would catch fire. He also said that this season was in the the top three percent of dry seasons, there were only three percent that were dryer.
